Frequently asked questions

How many photos can I convert at once?

The batch takes up to 50 photos per run. Beyond that, the tool keeps the first 50 and tells you how many were left out; run it again for the rest. Photos are processed two at a time, and you track progress file by file.

How do I get the whole batch in one download?

Once the batch is done, a “Download all (ZIP)” button bundles the JPGs into one archive with a CSV manifest listing each photo, its format and size. If the archive exceeds 300 MB the ZIP is disabled to avoid crashing the tab, but individual download links stay available.

Is the free plan enough for a whole camera roll?

The free plan covers 5 conversions per day — great for a few photos. For a holiday roll of dozens, you hit the limit: the tool converts the first ones, then shows a quota reminder. The Pro plan removes the daily cap and raises the per-file size to 1 GB (see the Pricing page).

Are my photos kept private?

Conversion runs on our server over HTTPS, then each file is deleted automatically after 1 hour. We keep nothing, we look at nothing, and there is no account to create.
